• Business days are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.

• Mumbai (Porter): Charges calculated at checkout based on distance.
• Pan India (Courier): Charges calculated based on weight and destination. Communicated via WhatsApp before dispatch.
• International: Shipping rates shared on enquiry. Contact us on WhatsApp for a quote.
• Free shipping thresholds and offers are communicated periodically via WhatsApp.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or events beyond our control.
• Sunder Masala is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
• Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address.
• If you are not available at delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave at the nearest depot — subject to courier policy.
• For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility.

All Sunder Masala products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Spices are sealed in food-grade packaging and placed in protective outer packaging for courier shipments. For international shipments, export-quality packaging is used to comply with destination country requirements.
