Unboxing Video is Mandatory
A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed, unopened parcel is compulsory for every claim. Claims without a valid video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

7-Day Return Window
Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery for eligible reasons only. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
✅ Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns and refunds are accepted only for:

  • Product Damaged in Transit: Physical damage to the product or packaging caused during shipping.
  • Wrong Product Shipped: You received a different product, variant, or pack size from what you ordered.

All other reasons — change of mind, taste preference, incorrect quantity ordered by customer, or opened/used products — are not eligible.

📹 Unboxing Video Requirements
  • Start recording before opening the parcel — show the sealed, intact state.
  • Clearly show the outer packaging, courier label, and seal.
  • Single, uninterrupted recording — no cuts, pauses, or editing.
  • Clearly show the damage or discrepancy.
  • Share via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

Follow these steps within 7 days of receiving your order:

Record Your Unboxing Video Immediately
As soon as your parcel arrives — before opening it — record an uninterrupted video.

Contact Us Within 24 Hours
Message +91 9821945246. Include your order details and describe the issue.

Share Video & Photos
Send the unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product plus the shipping label.

Review (2–3 Business Days)
Our team reviews your claim. If approved, we resend the correct product or initiate a refund.

Refund / Replacement Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange / Replacement deliveries will be dispatched and delivered within 5–7 business days of approval.
❌ Non-Eligible Situations
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products opened, used, or tampered with
  • Incorrect product or quantity ordered by customer
  • Dissatisfaction with taste, aroma, or colour (natural variation is normal)
  • Damage due to improper storage after delivery
  • Claims raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Claims without a valid unboxing video
  • Partial returns — we do not accept returns of part of an order
