🛒 Ordering & Payment
  • All orders are placed exclusively through WhatsApp. We do not accept phone call orders.
  • We offer both online payment (Razorpay) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
  • Payment must be completed in full before the order is processed or dispatched.
  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and other digital payment modes as communicated by our team on WhatsApp.
  • Order confirmation is issued only after successful payment verification.
  • Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation shall apply.

  • Mumbai (Local): Delivered via Porter. Delivery timelines depend on Porter availability and your location.
  • Pan India: Shipped via courier. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
  • International: Shipping is available. Rates and timelines vary by country and will be communicated on enquiry.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Sunder Masala is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

Unboxing Video is Mandatory
A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is compulsory for any return or refund claim. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

You may raise a return request within 7 days of delivery for eligible reasons only (damaged product or wrong item shipped).
✅ Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns and refunds are accepted only in the following two cases:

  • Product Damaged in Transit: The product packaging or contents are physically damaged at the time of delivery, and this damage occurred during shipping.
  • Wrong Product Shipped: You received a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong item, wrong variant, or wrong pack size).

All other reasons — including change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered, dislike of taste or aroma, or opened/used products — are not eligible for return or refund.

📹 Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and refund claims. The video must:

  • Be recorded before opening the package — starting from the sealed, unopened state of the parcel.
  • Clearly show the outer packaging, courier label, and seal.
  • Show the unboxing in a single, uninterrupted recording — no cuts, pauses, or edited videos.
  • Clearly show the condition of the product and any damage or discrepancy.
  • Be shared with us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

No Video = No Claim
Without a valid unboxing video meeting all the above criteria, your return or refund request will be rejected. No exceptions will be made.
📋 How to Raise a Return Request

Follow these steps to raise a valid return or refund request:

Record Your Unboxing Video Immediately
As soon as your parcel arrives, record an uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed package. Do not open the parcel before recording.

Contact Us Within 24 Hours
Send a WhatsApp message to +91 9821945246 within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order details and describe the issue clearly.

Share the Unboxing Video & Photos
Send your unboxing video along with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product and the shipping label via WhatsApp.

Review & Resolution
Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will either resend the correct product or initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Exchange / Replacement deliveries will be done within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
❌ Non-Eligible Situations

The following situations are not covered under our return or refund policy:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Incorrect quantity or product ordered by the customer
  • Dissatisfaction with taste, aroma, or colour (natural variation in spices is normal)
  • Damage due to improper storage by the customer after delivery
  • Claims raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Claims without a valid unboxing video
  • Partial returns (we do not accept returns of part of an order)
